Because of the action by SA Municipal Workers’ Union members, refuse was not collected in  Mount Croix, Perridgevale, Malabar, Bloemandal, New Brighton, Zwide, KwaDwesi, Mill Park, Cotswold Extension and Walmer, among other areas.
