After 200 years, Port Elizabeth is getting a new name — Gqeberha.

Those landing in the friendly city by air will be welcomed to the Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport.

Take a 30km drive in the north eastern direction and you will find yourself in Kariega, the new name for the garden town of Uitenhage.
